UFC 106: The Postmortem
UFC 106 has come and gone and it’s getting weighed and measured. Overall, I thought it was a pretty decent event as far as the fights were concerned. A couple of upsets and some good battles balanced with a few controversial moments and a predictable main event made for an O.K. night. Just the hardcore fans last night made it over to the house, which makes me interested in what the PPV numbers are going to be like. It may have just been an off night here.

The only thing I could say I was surprised by when it comes to the judging at UFC 106 was the fact that one of the judges gave Griffin a 30-27 score. I definitely had Griffin winning rounds 1 and 3, but I would say Ortiz did enough to win at least round 2.

I agree with you Brian! It just sux that the judging has become “BOXING” if you catch what I’m sayin! The judges are gettin worse and worse! I bet them fuckers get paid waaaaay to much for what they are NOT good at ha! All in all, nice fight night!!!
