Just Pool Sheets

MMA UFC Pool Sheets

Here you can find links to all the pool sheets I’ve created.  I’ve just started doing these for my loyal Bleeders so there are only a few for right now, but this will be the place to find them in the future.  And before you proceed, read the couple of following notes:

1.) Please read over the sheet carefully for typos before printing a bunch of them, especially if you’re downloading it right after it was posted.   I would suggest printing one copy, look it over, then proceed.  If you find a typo, you can report it here.  I will fix it as fast as I can, which is usually within minutes of reading.  You might ask why this happens?  Well, at my full time gig, we have a team of people that help us edit out designs.  Someone is there to catch those mistakes before going live.  But here, it’s just me and you guys.  So we all really depend on each other here, which is why it’s so important to get feedback.

2.) If you would like to design some and post them here, please send them my way!  I will be glad to post them here and give you all the props and links and thanks you deserve.  I imagine there are not too many people into design, MMA, and betting, with the time to whip one up, but if there is I would be honored to share them here.  Same goes for poster designs, send them my way with your info so I know who to credit.

3.) Thanks for checking out the site and using the sheets, it’s really great to know others dig this as much as I do.  And more importantly… have fun and good luck!

Cool stuff dude. When is the UFC 104 sheet going to be ready?

    • By Kevin, October 10, 2009 @ 3:29 am

Thanks Miser. I should have it posted by the end of next week or early the week after. I’m still working on the design, plus I don’t want to post it too soon as the card may still change due to injuries.

We want our update pool sheet! “STOMP, STOMP, STOMP”!!! Hopefully at least the day before the fight. Thanks a bunch yet again for the hard work.

      • By Kevin, October 21, 2009 @ 4:27 pm

Hey Killer, thanks for stopping by and using the sheets, very cool. And the 104 sheet is on the way man, available later tonight! I’ve just been extremely busy at the full time gig, but it will be posted in just a few more hours.

  2. By KillerInstinct, October 21, 2009 @ 8:45 pm

Thank you so much. I won good money on the last one and I’m excited to do it again! Let us know what we can do in return for ya. Enjoy the fights.

Hey Killer, I’m glad to do these for you guys that enjoy them. It’s really great to get feedback from you and helps keep me on my toes. Good luck this weekend and I hope you win more money! Let me know how you do.

This is such a great idea I cant believe it. Kind of genius and simple at the same time. This will be my first time doing these but already Im more excited to watch the fights now. Keep up the great work.

  4. By Scott, October 23, 2009 @ 5:54 pm

Seriously awesome stuff. I don’t bet on the fights, but I bring them with me to the sports bar so I can keep track of the event’s progress. Please, please, keep doing them…

  5. By Brian, October 26, 2009 @ 5:55 am

The design you’ve set up for the pool sheet layout is fantastic. I definitely plan on using these for the little pool I have set up between me and my friends. I have a question though: Do you do any pool sheets for non-UFC events? I only ask because I was wondering if you would do one for the upcoming Strikeforce: Fedor vs Rogers event on CBS.

    • By Kevin, October 27, 2009 @ 2:56 pm

Welcome to the site Brian. I am definitely doing a sheet for the Strikeforce event! I will have it posted later this week or early next. They currently only have 4 fights scheduled for the CBS televised portion of the card, so visually the sheet will have it’s own unique look. Typically there are 5 fights on most PPV’s, but this allows for some interesting options to put into place since it’s on CBS with only 4 televised fights.

  6. By Brian, October 27, 2009 @ 3:17 pm

That’s great news! It was hard for me to convince my friends to watch the Strikeforce event (stubborn UFC fans), but your pool sheet will be just the thing to get them excited for it. You have my thanks.

Hey what’s up, man? I just stumbled to your site and love your pool sheets… Can you let me know when you’re looking to have the UFC 106 one ready to go? I’d love to use it.

    Thanks, for your work, man!

    • By Kevin, November 17, 2009 @ 1:24 am

Hey Jonas, thanks for stopping bye the site and the kind words. And I hope you keep enjoying the sheets in the future. I got the 106 and WEC 44 sheets posted, nothing too special but not bad either. We’ve all been really ill here at the house so I’ve been struggling this past week… but we’re breaking free of it now, thank god. Good luck man and let me know how they work out for ya! I look forward to any feedback you may have.

      • By Jonas, November 17, 2009 @ 1:41 pm

Awesome! This is so badass… My friends and I decided to do this and I was making up a stupid Excel sheet version. 1/2 way through I figured that there had to be someone out there who’s already making them and posting them. Thanks for your pro bono, my friend. This is not only exactly what I was trying to achieve, you made it look badass esthetically. I’ll definitely mention your site to people.

I’ve been searching everywhere for a UFC pool and went crazy when I saw your previous UFC pool sheets! :) I’ve set everything up at work for UFC 107 and everyone’s excited. The pool that I’m running will be mostly for cash and bragging rights, but I also picked up a couple GSP and Spider, Silver Star shirts as prizes too. I can’t wait to see the UFC 107 pool sheets, as this will be the icing on the cake. Keep up the good work!!

  9. By Jonas, December 9, 2009 @ 2:44 pm

Hey man! Thanks for the UFC 106 pool. Used it and worked great. The only thing we found was that with having the point scoring system the way it is made it a bit prone to a tie (we had a 3 way tie). I think having picking the correct fighter being worth 7 points would avoid this.

At any rate though, I’m dying for the UFC 107 sheet… Any ideas on when you think that’ll be out?

  10. By chris, December 11, 2009 @ 6:58 pm

No 107? Should I wait for it, or make my own? I really like yours…but I gotta have one, having a big thing tomorrow for it…any word on what’s up?

  11. By Kevin, December 12, 2009 @ 12:40 am

Hey Guys – The 107 sheet is finally up and ready to go. It was close, believe me when I say it almost didn’t happen. I have a lot of catching up to do. It is GREAT to be back up and running, and in contact again.

  12. By chris, December 12, 2009 @ 12:55 am

Nice! I actually did my own, but only printed a couple, as I was hoping yours would come out, cause they are so much better!
One suggestion I would make is having an “Undercard Sheet”. Same thing, but put in rules, points will only count in fights that are broadcasted. It’s more work sure, but it may not have to be as neatly done as the Main Card fights. =)
We usually just put the undercards that get broadcasted, on the back of your sheets, and count those points.

    • By Kevin, December 12, 2009 @ 1:11 am

Great minds think alike! You’ve probably seen me talking about the changes coming to the sheets and site soon for about a month now, and one of the things we’re working on is a template for undercard fights that can be printed on the backside of the regular sheet. I also have a great concept for tie breakers that I think will work well, as well as a new way of dealing with the “decision” method versus tko/sub methods (sounds a bit odd, but it will make sense once you see it). Thanks again for using the sheets and the feedback Chris, you guys are the driving force behind these and their evolution.

      • By chris, December 13, 2009 @ 8:11 pm

I have another suggestion. It mostly helps with fights that are relatively unknown. List in there the over/under of the fight. The vegas betting odds, etc. We usually have a printed sheet w/vegas betting odds to help w/unknown fights a bit.

  13. By Cameron, January 2, 2010 @ 5:48 pm

Hey Kevin, are you going to have a sheet for 108? or are you woried someone will get in a car wreck on the way to the fights. This card has been ravaged by injuries.

  14. By Blue, January 5, 2010 @ 7:19 am

Not sure where Kev is…he’s been MIA!!! I’ve emailed him almost a month ago with no response. I hope all is ok with him. I did make a Pool Sheet to help the site out for UFC108, but again, I didn’t hear from him…good thing anyways cuz I did the pool sheet hella early, and of course with all the changes to the card, the only fight right on my sheet would of been the main event lol But Kev, get at us and give us your status bro!

  15. By Cameron, January 11, 2010 @ 5:36 pm

Hope all is good kev. I had to make my cut and paste sheets, but no biggie. Let us know whats up man, hope you are just busy and not laid up somewhere.

  16. By The Handgrenade, February 6, 2010 @ 7:32 am

!!When is the pool sheet for 108 coming out its already saturday. By the way great job i use your sheets all the time.

  17. By chris, February 6, 2010 @ 2:22 pm

Hrmm, no 108, and now no 109? What’s going on? Everything OK?

  18. By Billy, February 6, 2010 @ 7:13 pm

damn….i was really hopin on gettin a pool sheet for 109, can’t find em anywhere BUT here, hope to see em in the near future

  19. By Brian, February 9, 2010 @ 3:11 am

If anyone is interested, I created a pool sheet for UFC 110 based on Kevin’s design. Now, I mean no disrespect by posting this, but I just thought I’d share it and maybe get a response from it. I designed it in black and white since that’s how I print it out, and I used Kevin’s dashed line for the tracker cut-off (again, I hope I don’t offend). I know it’s no where near the calibre of Kevin’s, but I thought I’d throw it out there.

Also, if anyone knows where I can get a HQ image of Velasquez, that’d be fantastic. A Google Images search is surprisingly ineffective.

    Here’s the sheet: (http)img97.imageshack.us/img97/9247/ufc110.jpg

I apologize if this posts twice, but I was just attempting to get the post through without moderation, as I’m not sure when it would be processed in that case.

    • By mario, February 10, 2010 @ 12:44 am

can you try posting the link one more time? seems to not work.

      • By Brian, February 10, 2010 @ 8:19 pm

Thanks for the heads up. I posted the new link below.

  20. By Brian, February 10, 2010 @ 12:41 pm

Yeah, sorry about that, I must have deleted that version from my Imageshack account.

Here’s the link. I have to do an end-around to avoid having to get the comment passed through moderation, so if clicking the link doesn’t work, replace the (http) with the normal standard:

Great job with that UFC 110 Pool sheet Brian. The only thing missing is the rules but since my friends and I know the rules already it won’t be a problem. Thanks!, I’m not sure what happened to the guy that runs this site.

    • By Brian, February 17, 2010 @ 10:18 pm

Thanks for the compliments. I use slightly different rules then Kevin (1 point for each correct choice, but you don’t need to pick the correct fighter to get points in the other two categories), so I attempted to maximize space for the fighters’ info and photos.

I did a slightly revised version, with better and more uniform photos for all the fighters. Here’s the link:

      (http)img705.imageshack.us/img705/8974/ufc110l.jpg

Same as always, replace the (http) with the normal standard.

And just because Ben Rothwell had to ruin absolutely everything, here’s the pool sheet updated to include Anthony Perosh:
